Elderflower honey

Procedure
- Pick over the flowers and fill a clean jar about one third full; pour runny liquid honey over them.
- Close and macerate 2–3 weeks in a warm shady spot, shaking occasionally, then strain.
- Berries and other plant parts are not the same as the flower — follow the herb card.
