Procedure
- Fill a jar about one third with dried leaves and cover with honey.
- Macerate 3–4 weeks, then strain.
- Several similar species exist — harvest only after firm identification.

Maceration takes weeks.
Why it works
Maceration in honey releases aromatics and part of the polar compounds gradually; the concentration is variable and does not match standardised extracts.
