Procedure

  1. Fill about one third of the jar with dried or fresh leaves, pour runny honey over them, and press so little air stays trapped.
  2. Close and macerate 2–3 weeks in a warm shady place, shaking occasionally.
  3. Strain through cloth; use in tea or yoghurt — menthol notes can be strong.
