Procedure

  1. Pick young leaves from a clean site, rinse well in cold water, and pat dry.
  2. Chop or tear bite-sized pieces and mix with other mild leaves (e.g. dandelion, cress).
  3. Dress with oil, a pinch of salt, and optionally honey — balance sorrel acidity with a slightly sweeter dressing.
