  2. Close eyes for thirty seconds and name the first sound you hear — without pleasant × unpleasant grading.
  3. Find a second sound farther or quieter than the first.
  4. Find a third sound close to the body (breath, clothes, chair).
  5. Open eyes and continue your activity.
