Procedure
- Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup of dried petals or small floral pieces.
- Pour boiling water, cover, and steep 8–12 minutes.
- Strain — may taste astringent; process rose hips in a separate recipe.

Flower tea is not the same as rose hip — collection and species identification must be confident.
Why it works
Hot water and infusion time govern the release of polar metabolites and part of the volatile oils; a home infusion is not the same as a standardised tea extract from registered preparations.
