Procedure

  1. Steep 2 tsp dried leafy tops in 350 ml boiling water under a lid for 15 minutes, then strain.
  2. Stir in honey or sugar and heat briefly to combine.
  3. Store chilled — mild anise scent; omit if you are allergic to Apiaceae plants.
