Procedure

  1. Pick young leaves from unsprayed meadows without contamination, wash thoroughly.
  2. Chop finely and mix with milder salad leaves — dandelion can be quite bitter.
  3. Dress with oil and vinegar or lemon; balance bitterness with a sweeter dressing or a smaller share of dandelion.
