Procedure
- Pick young leaves from unsprayed meadows without contamination, wash thoroughly.
- Chop finely and mix with milder salad leaves — dandelion can be quite bitter.
- Dress with oil and vinegar or lemon; balance bitterness with a sweeter dressing or a smaller share of dandelion.
