Procedure
- Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried leaf per cup (if using fresh leaf from a trusted harvest, chop more finely).
- Pour 250 ml boiling water, cover, and steep 8–12 minutes.
- Strain — a typical green, herbaceous taste; drink short-term and in reasonable amounts according to reliable references.

Regulatory texts on nettle leaf address traditional use in herbal preparations; hot water releases polar fractions and some minerals, but a home infusion does not match the specification of extracts in the monograph.
