Procedure

  1. Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried leaf per cup (if using fresh leaf from a trusted harvest, chop more finely).
  2. Pour 250 ml boiling water, cover, and steep 8–12 minutes.
  3. Strain — a typical green, herbaceous taste; drink short-term and in reasonable amounts according to reliable references.
