Procedure
- Use 1–2 teaspoons of dried flowering tops with leaves per cup.
- Pour boiling water, cover, and steep 8–10 minutes.
- Strain — mild flavour; harvest only after confident ID.

Notes
Do not confuse with other Lamium species — confident field identification is essential.
Why it works
Hot water and infusion time govern the release of polar metabolites and part of the volatile oils; a home infusion is not the same as a standardised tea extract from registered preparations.
